I cannot access my account.
Check your username and keyboard layout. If the issue continues, contact support privately. Do not post account details in public channels.
The client will not start.
Include your Windows version, the exact error message and when it appears. Remove private information from screenshots and logs before sharing them with support.
I found a bug in game.
Describe what happened, what you expected and the steps to reproduce it. Add the map, channel and approximate time if relevant.
